Self esteem is our idea of our own basic worth and it is usually associated with the positive regard of others or linked to our achievements.
We may accomplish much in life, yet feel driven because our self-esteem depends on our next success. Life can seem like a treadmill, lacking in excitement or purpose. The Self Esteem Enhancement course (SEE) shows participants how to identify deeply rooted beliefs and to use the course skills to develop a new kind of awareness of who, and what, we really are.
If you would like more of any of the following, then the SEE course could be your next step!
The SEE course will empower you to:
– Identify and release self-limiting beliefs
– Let go of having to prove your worth
– Strengthen your inner resilience
– Have the courage to more often say what you think & feel
– Create more honesty in your relationships
– Experience the freedom of true self-acceptance
– Have more joy & passion in life
